Purpose of the Role: As the Stock Transfer and Archiving Coordinator, you will support the Operational move in phase of stock items into the Brooklands offsite storage facility. You’ll need to have accuracy in handling, storage, archiving, scrapping, logging, recording movement of merchandise and Commercial stock, all Heritage items including car parts, assemblies and equipment is essential. The role is focused on maintaining safe, organized and cost-effective storage of our assets. You’ll be supporting lead contacts in Commercial and Heritage during the move in phase. Data accuracy and operational efficiency is key. What You’ll Do: Carry out stock checks and confirm quantities of all items entering the Brooklands facility.
