Job description

Role Summary: - System Validation: Conduct comprehensive testing of Ethernet-based systems, protocols, and components to ensure functionality, performance, and compliance with industry standards. This includes designing test plans, executing tests, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for improvements. - Troubleshooting and Debugging: Investigate and resolve issues related to Ethernet network performance, interoperability, and compliance. Utilize diagnostic tools and methodologies to identify root causes of problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. - Documentation and Reporting: Document test procedures, findings, and validation results in detailed reports. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including engineering teams and management, to provide updates on validation progress, issues encountered, and proposed resolutions.
