Job Summary: The Senior Manager of Tax AI Learning, Enablement & Adoption is responsible for owning and delivering AI learning and enablement for the Tax practice. This role translates firm level AI strategy into structured curricula, role based learning paths, and practical training experiences that build sustained capability across tax professionals. The focus is on developing skills, confidence, and sound professional judgment in AI supported tax work rather than defining AI strategy or building tools. Positioned at the intersection of Tax, People Operations, and learning enablement, this leader partners closely with Tax leadership, training teams, and technology stakeholders to embed AI learning into existing onboarding, technical training, and professional development programs. The role ensures AI enablement is scalable, consistent, and aligned to Total Tax Focus principles across compliance, planning, and advisory services.
