Job description

SMX is seeking a Program Analyst to provide administrative and operations support to the PATRIOT Software Division. This is a hybrid position based in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will s erve as a key liaison and coordinator for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) activities in support of the PATRIOT Ground Support Equipment (PGSE) Software (SW) team. You will be responsible for managing FMS-related taskers, foreign disclosure processes, classified/unclassified media handling, and ensuring all deliverables align with U.S. Government (USG) and Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) security protocols. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Coordinate and track all FMS SACO taskers, RFIs, software transfers, foreign disclosure requests, and project deliverables on behalf of the PGSE-SW team. - Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive tracking spreadsheets and documentation to support PGSE-SW team project deliverables and ensure accurate and up-to-date records. - Provide weekly status updates on all active PGSE-SW tasks to software leadership and team stakeholders. - Administer the preparation and secure transfer of classified and unclassified USG software media and documents in...
