Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in technical program management, leading multi-disciplinary engineering projects. - Experience managing end-to-end execution for hardware or consumer electronics engineering projects. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with hardware/software integration, firmware, kernel, or connectivity (e.g., WiFi/BT) workstreams. - Experience in establishing and monitoring system health and Power/Performance (PnP) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Proficient knowledge of OS foundations, Android ecosystem, or large-scale software release programs. - Demonstrated ability to resolve complex, ambiguous challenges and balance immediate project requirements with long-term organizational goals. - Ability to build alliances across global teams and manage the expectations of cross-functional stakeholders.
