Zurich North America is currently looking for a Senior Financial Performance Analyst to work out of our North American headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois. While this position will be based out of our Schaumburg Headquarters. You will collaborate with your manager to set a schedule that supports you, your customers, and the team. The Senior Financial Performance Analyst will be part of a dynamic, innovative, and fast‑paced Financial Reporting team. This position is best suited for candidates with an accounting background who can apply sound accounting judgment to financial analysis and reporting. This role acts as a liaison between Finance and the business units, providing detailed financial analysis to support decision‑making and the achievement of performance targets. The team is responsible for the accurate, complete, and timely preparation of a wide range of reporting deliverables, with a focus on actionable insights that impact both the operational and financial performance of the business.
