GoMining is looking for an AI Transformation Lead who will drive the development and implementation of AI across the company. This role is for a strong leader with a technical background who can analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, build an AI transformation strategy, and drive real change across the organization. You will work directly with founders and department heads, helping the company become faster, more efficient, and more technology-driven. About the Role: As an AI Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing company processes, identifying automation opportunities, launching internal AI solutions, and building an AI-driven culture across the company. It is important not only to identify opportunities, but also to bring initiatives to life — from idea and architecture to implementation and scaling.
