Technical Sales Representative Central West NSW (Orange region) | Field-Based About the Role: Reporting to the Account Manager East (Metal), the Technical Service Representative provides on-site technical support and service to customers across the Central West region. This role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal product performance and safety compliance. This role is field-based and can be performed from anywhere within the Central West NSW region, with regular travel to customer sites in and around Orange. Candidates in adjacent regions may also be considered, subject to travel requirements. Key responsibilities include: - Conduct product testing on a regular basis, including installation, component, pull and tension tests. - Maintain optimum liaison with customers in each allocated territory. - Liaise with Technical Staff of customers to monitor any changes in attitude or requirements.
