The Role… At Soho House, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the full operation of the Club’s dining spaces, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for members and their guests. This role is key to maintaining the highest standards of service, staff performance, and operational efficiency in a refined and fast-paced hospitality environment. You will lead by example on the floor, motivating your team to deliver polished, personable service while managing the day-to-day running of the restaurant. You will work closely with the Head Chef, Events, and Membership teams to create memorable dining experiences that reflect the values and culture of the Club.
