The role – what you’ll do Barr is seeking a recruiter to join our Minneapolis or Duluth, Minnesota, teams. In this hybrid role, you will support the Human Resources group by partnering closely with business units and support groups to address a wide range of hiring needs across the company. You will focus on recruiting, including sourcing, recruiting, and screening qualified candidates for various positions—primarily engineering- and science‑related roles, including those that are difficult to fill. This position plays a key role in advancing Barr’s strategic growth by attracting top talent, strengthening our recruiting processes, and creating a positive and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who demonstrates strong relationship‑building and influencing skills and who thrives in both independent and team‑based work settings.
