Your Tasks: - Enablement & Coaching of the Matrix: Central data mentorship for analysts and campaign managers within the matrix, including oversight of daily data usage, dashboard reviews, and continuous advancement of analytical maturity - Standardization of the Data Landscape: Auditing, structuring, and harmonization of data streams across the tech stack (Salesforce, AdServers, ERPs) and the primary data warehouse Google BigQuery) to establish a unified single source of truth for Retail Media performance across all countries - Development of Commercial Dashboards: Design, deployment, and ownership of automated and intuitive central dashboards—primarily using Google Looker Studio—focused on tracking key post-sales metrics such as Upsell, Cross-sell, Retention, and Churn rates - Demonstration of Partner ROI: Translation of complex campaign metrics into clear, actionable commercial insights, including the development of data-driven narratives to support International Client Success teams in value demonstration and renewal negotiations with top-tier brands - Identification of Growth Opportunities: Proactive analysis of post-sales data to uncover trends, audience insights, and perform...
