Lead Asset Protection Investigator

Job description

The Lead Asset Protection Investigator assists the Manager of Investigations with Asset Protection and shortage control programs for the company. This individual will lead the Investigations Center functions to provide support in proactively investigating instances of theft, fraud, safety, security, and policy violations. The Investigations Center is a store support function, and Investigators are required to work schedules that mirror store operations. Education: - Embody the values of the of the Asset Protection Mission Statement to protect the profitability of the company, keeping matters confidential, and foster an environment of diversity and inclusion. - Lead and assist Asset Protection Investigators through complex investigations to resolve incidents and improve processes. Implement strategies to reduce theft and loss. - Subject matter expert in exception-based reporting and CCTV, to identify and investigate theft, fraud, and policy violations.
