Job Description Summary We are looking for a dedicated IT System Administrator to join our Medical Management Solutions Business. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing, implementing, and supporting system interfaces that integrate seamlessly with our solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical discussions with customers, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring the successful installation and ongoing maintenance of interface software. Your main tasks will involve developing and supporting system interfaces, running installations for interfacing products, and collaborating with project managers to resolve risks and priorities. You will also provide remote support to customers and distributors, ensure interface stability during upgrades, and offer technical insights to the product development team. Compliance with Systems Engineer policies and active engagement with Quality Management System requirements will also be key aspects of the role.
