If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our operation at the Daventry site. Working closely with the Shift Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day supervision of warehouse operations, overseeing both inbound and outbound activities to ensure service levels, productivity and safety standards are consistently achieved. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership approach in a fast-paced operational environment.
