Community Support Specialist - Youth Department: Youth CPRC: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Camdenton, VFW Road: Reporting To: Kandy Leahy: Compensation: $25.54 - $26.81 / hour Description: Empower Youth and Families as a Community Support Specialist Full-time, benefit eligible position. Primarily evening hours during higher coverage needs. Typically, the hours are Monday - Thursday 1:00pm-9:00pm. One weekday off to accommodate weekend coverage. Weekends hours are usually Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm - 8:00pm. 40 hours weekly. Make a difference where it matters most — in the lives of children and their families. As a Community Support Specialist – Youth , you’ll provide personalized, in-home and community-based support, helping young people and their caregivers build resilience, navigate challenges, and create lasting change.
