This position primary responsibilities are the provide support for the clinical and physician practice area by managing the front office responsibilities of appointment check-in and check-out, scheduling, rescheduling, reminder calls, authorizations, collecting of co-pays, verifying insurance and providing quality customer services. This position is expected to maintain a working knowledge of front desk processes, ensure all daily task are completed timely, support the needs of the professional staff and ensure quality customer service.
