About the Role: As a Maintenance Technician, you are the backbone of our community's daily operations. You will be responsible for keeping our property running smoothly — from completing work orders and unit turns to maintaining common areas and supporting residents with a service-first mindset. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to the overall success of the property. Responsibilities: - Complete all routine service/work orders within 24 hours, prioritizing resident satisfaction at every touchpoint - Perform daily common area walkthroughs and ensure grounds, breezeways, and shared spaces meet cleanliness standards before 9am - Execute unit make-readies per the turn schedule — including vendor lock installation, unit punch, and turnkey checklist completion - Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor on daily assignments, work order priorities, and any outstanding maintena...
