Job Title Sr. Manager, CMMS Administration & Data Governance Job Description Summary: The Sr. Manager, CMMS Administration & Data Governance position is fully dedicated to a single, large, global financial services client. This position supports the client’s North America portfolio spanning approximately 13 million square feet across owned and leased office and retail locations. The Sr. Manager, CMMS Administration & Data Governance is responsible for enterprise level governance, data integrity, and compliance oversight of the client’s CMMS platform, REALM and associated integrated systems to support the client’s complex real estate portfolio. This role serves as the single accountable owner for CMMS data governance, system standards, and control frameworks. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant asset, work order, and maintenance data across office, retail, and critical facilities environments.
