Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for ServiceNow system maintenance, workflow development, bug fixes, enhancements, upgrades and assisting with the technical implementation of the tool. Develop and maintain service catalog items to include states, flows, and UI policies. Monitor systems stability to prevent service degradation or interruption.
