Overview of the role You will take an active role in key financial processes, including month end close activities, reporting of key performance indicators, forecast planning, budgeting, and financial decision support for our Pottery Barn Brands and key stakeholders. You will work in close partnership with business partners providing full financial support and applying business and analytical skills to ensure sound financial decisions are made. The Ideal Candidate: - An accomplished analyst able to condense large data sets into root cause and summary analysis with a passion for process improvement. - A confident individual who can adapt to a constantly changing environment and quickly pivot from one priority to the next. - Someone who can earn trust, garner consensus from multiple stakeholders on strategic issues. - Ability to concisely communicate plans, results, and risks to Senior Management in both verbal and written fashion.
