Job Description: This position is working onsite and in the Louisville Metro community ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job. Incumbents may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description. - CRM System Oversight: Create and maintain office systems to support all advancement projects and operations. - Volunteer Program Oversight: Manage the development of volunteer policies and procedures and oversee the implementation of volunteer activities. Develop strong relationships with organizations as future referral sources for volunteers.
