Reporting to the Senior Director, Audience Conversion, this role will serve as the internal owner and platform expert, ensuring that marketing, brand, and product teams can effectively use the platform to drive audience growth, conversions, engagement, and retention. You will manage the platform configuration, integrations, experimentation capabilities, and operational processes required to support scalable marketing and subscription growth initiatives. The ideal candidate combines marketing technology expertise and subscription and paid membership experience. This is a highly collaborative, technical role that requires strong attention to detail, ability to work cross functionally in a fast paced environment, comfort managing multiple projects at once, and an agile spirit.
