Individuals must have the complex knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care and transportation. Job Description: Paramedics may need to assist and give direction to additional EMS Responders at the scene and/or during transport. In addition to the Paramedic responsibilities, the Lead Paramedic will be the key contact for EMS while on scene. The individual will help provide support for management and staff. The Lead Paramedic will assist with monitoring productivity and tracking Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
