Junior Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator Summary: The Junior Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator supports the purchasing and materials management functions for electrical construction projects. This role assists with sourcing materials, tracking deliveries, managing documentation, and supporting supply chain workflows to ensure project teams receive accurate and timely material support. This is an entry‑level position designed for candidates looking to build a career in procurement and supply chain within the electrical contracting industry. Responsibilities: Procurement Support - Assist in issuing Requests for Quotes (RFQs) for commodity and standard electrical materials. - Obtain pricing from suppliers and help prepare bid/quote comparisons. - Support buyers and project managers in sourcing materials and services. - Help ensure materials are purchased at competitive pricing while maintaining quality and availability. - Enter purchase orders into procurement systems and ensure accurate documentation.
