Role Overview Sodexo Senior Living is seeking an Operations Manager, Multi-Service for a new healthcare and senior living account in the Mohawk Valley / Capital District region of New York . This Ops Manager position is more of a consulting-type role and will oversee Sodexo's operations including both Food and Nutrition and Environmental Services. What You'll Do: - manage the environmental services and food and nutrition dept.; - have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence; - be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores; - provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department.
