Maintenance Technician - Lake Blackshear Resort / GA Veterans State Park Georgia Veterans State Park / Lake Blackshear Resort & Golf Club, located in Cordele, Georgia, is looking for an extraordinary Maintenance Technician. Qualifications: The Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Engineering Manager and is responsible for all buildings and structures within the Resort and Park. A potential candidate should have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in at least 3 of the following disciplines: Basic electrical repair - campus is comprised of 1,308 acres of pine and hardwoods located on a beautiful 8,800-acre cypress lakefront - Lake Blackshear.
