Job description

You will contribute to day-to-day People Services activities, support employee data management, assist with onboarding processes, and help maintain accurate HR documentation and systems. This position is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on experience in an international People Operations environment. Responsibilities / Tasks: We are looking for a Working Student to join our People Service Delivery North/East Europe team, who speaks Danish or Polish and would be covering Poland/Denmark & EMEA. In this role, you will support the People Service Delivery team in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the employee lifecycle. Your tasks: Support People Service Delivery processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and employee data administration. Maintain and update employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Assist with the preparation and creation of employee documentation (contracts, letters, confirmations, etc.). Provide administrative support to the People Service Delivery team across the North/East Europe region.
