Position Summary... To assist in the leadership of the OMNI area and processes through partnership with the OMNI Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service and while ensuring task completion. What you'll do... Job Responsibility #1 Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate. Job Responsibility #2 Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team. Job Responsibility #3 Assesses the overall presentation of OMNI area, noting deficiencies for corrective action. Job Responsibility #4 Delegate, assist and follow up on completion of daily OMNI activities. Job Responsibility #5 Support with scheduling as needed.
