As part of this journey, we are looking for a Leadership Support Associate & Marketing Specialist to provide high‑level support to our CEO and executive team, while also contributing to marketing and commercial development activities. This role is ideal for a proactive, structured, and trustworthy professional who enjoys working close to leadership, thrives in an international environment, and is motivated by both operational excellence and business growth. In this role, you will support the CEO and executive branch by ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, effective communication, and well‑organized executive support. In addition, you will collaborate with the Global Sales team on market research, customer business cases, and value propositions that support Scanfil’s growth initiatives. You work independently, handle confidential information with discretion, and proactively support both administrative and commercial projects.
