Our Human Resources team is looking for a talented HR Coordinator to help support the efforts of our fast-growing company. Adapture Renewables is owned by KIRKBI Climate – the private holding and investment company of the Kirk Kristiansen family founded to build a sustainable future for the LEGO® brand through generations. Overview: This position will work in our HR team and provide administrative and operational support to the HR function. This role helps ensure smooth execution of HR processes across onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and general employee support. This role reports to the head of HR. The candidate will ideally be based near our Bay Area home office.
