Job Summary As the MRF (Materials Recovery Facility) Manager I, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of environmental safety and operational excellence by managing the day-to-day operations of the Pala Composting Facility. You will oversee all site activities including gatehouse, sorting, loading, and unloading of composting material, while driving efficiency by minimizing operational costs and reducing truck turnaround times. Additionally, you will oversee personnel needs such as hiring, coaching, training, and evaluating employee performance.
