We are seeking a strategic, results‑driven Director to lead enterprise manufacturing network optimization initiatives across our supply chain. In this role, you will guide the planning and execution of multi‑site manufacturing change programs that improve structural efficiency, optimize capacity utilization, enhance cost and cash performance, and ensure exceptional customer service and delivery continuity. You will serve as the central leader for cross‑functional programs, partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, EHS, and Quality. This is a high‑impact role designed for a strong operator and program leader who can drive execution, influence stakeholders, and manage complex change across a global manufacturing network.
