Description Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, people-focused, proactive Human Resources Generalist. This role would be good for someone in an early-career or mid-level HR professional. The right candidate will thrive in a little chaos, be passionate about compliance, employee support, and workflow optimization. Position Summary: The HR Generalist plays a vital role in supporting a wide range of HR functions with a focus on payroll processing, onboarding, compliance, training compliance, incident management, and employee data management. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this individual will work collaboratively with employees, leadership, and external agencies to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR operations across the organization.
