At Telenet, Data & AI are the driving force behind improving our organization. The Data & AI Tribe is responsible for creating data products that turn data into valuable insights. Within the Data Build teams, we work in a large-scale data environment to structure, model and integrate data across the company. As an Analytics Engineer, you play a crucial part in bridging business needs and technical solutions by translating data requirements into detailed solution designs & models and guide external Data Engineers towards effective delivery. You also actively explore and apply Agentic AI to elevate analytics capabilities. Your role as an Analytics Engineer Your profile as an Analytics Engineer - Collaborate with Data Product Managers, Analytics Engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and assess impact - Translate requirements into solution designs and end‑to‑end data flows - Present and review solution designs with Data Architects and Tech Leads - Conduct source-to-target analyses (S2T), identifying gaps in source data and documenting required transformations using Agentic AI. - Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and cost-efficient, embedding quality by design...
