Under the supervision of the Production Area Lead, the Plastic Injector position is accountable for: Organization Location: 3960 S Marginal Rd, Cleveland, OH 44114 Shift: All shifts are Monday – Friday Salary: $17 /hr. - This position is responsible for operating a plastic injection machine to produce a variety of parts - Responsible for quality of the pieces you shoot - Meeting department production needs - Responsible for showing the supervisor first piece you shoot on each setup - Responsible for parameters (cycle, temperature, pressure, weigh feeder) set in these machines - Notify Leader or Manufacturing Mgr. if set up or operation of machine is mechanically difficult or other problems exist - Visually inspect parts for various defects - 9 p.m. - 5:30 a.m. - Qualifications for Internal Candidates Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) from an accredited institution (Required) Preferred Qualifications: While not exposed to hazardous materials, this position requires wearing PPE (personal protection equipment).
