Vice President Global Content & Creative (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities: - You define and implement a consistent, brand-aligned global content strategy that strengthens premium positioning across all markets - In close collaboration with global marketing and category teams, you drive the creation, management and distribution of content across all relevant channels globally - You take end-to-end responsibility for globally led content creation, ensuring consistency and impact across all regions and touchpoints - You build and optimize a scalable global content supply chain by integrating content creation, channel adaptation, operations and systems into efficient, standardized processes - You ensure that all content is delivered at the highest quality and tailored to the requirements of different channels and touchpoints - With a strong understanding of the customer journey, you shape content that enhances brand perception and supports conversion - You lead and develop a large international team (50+ employees), including the channel content team in Amsterdam, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment What we are looking for: - Extensive leadership experience in a seni...
