What We're Looking For Baylor University’s Controller’s Office is looking for a Senior Accountant to support the University’s mission by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting and accounting operations. This role is responsible for recording, reviewing, analyzing, and reconciling financial transactions in accordance with GAAP and University policies. The Senior accountant serves as a key accounting resource providing guidance to departments and contributing to process improvements, month-end, and year-end close, and financial reporting activities. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field and 3 years of experience are required. A master's degree, 6 or more years of relevant experience and a CPA license is preferred.
