Weekend, on call and holiday rotation required. External candidates may be eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus! Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 REGISTERED NURSE - HOME HEALTH CASE MANAGER: LOCATION: PRIMARY SERVICE TERRITORY WILL INCLUDE 60609, 60632, 60629, 60636 IN CHICAGO HOURS: DAYS WITH WEEKEND ROTATION AND 1SUMMER/1WINTER HOLIDAY: This position is eligible for up to a $10,000.00 sign on bonus!
