Position Title Cisco Telecom Engineer I Broadmoor Campus: Position Summary / Career Interest: The Network Engineer I is part of the network infrastructure team that is responsible for design, administration, and support for our enterprise infrastructure operations. This Engineer will provide customer service and technical support to internal staff and external vendors. This position supports local and wide-area network issues that include routers and switches. The Network Engineer I assist with network capacity planning to meet network requirements and network growth. This Engineer communicates with customers to guarantee all concerns and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This position includes installation, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all network related hardware and software in an enterprise data, voice, and wireless network configuration.
