This position is at our Iowa Park, Texas location and expected hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes Demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems. Thrive in a fast paced, cooperative, high call volume environment, promoting and upselling additional services when appropriate.
