Description Peat, Inc. is hiring Loader/ Screener Operators for our locations in Cromwell, Floodwood, and McGregor. The Loader/Screener Operator is responsible for maintaining the condition of the peat bog to ensure efficient operations, loading trucks, and screening material. Primary Responsibilities: HOURS : 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (overtime available after 40 hours and on Saturdays). Join our amazing team with outstanding benefits! - Perform daily maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication on assigned equipment to meet professional standards and manufacturer recommendations. - Conduct daily inspections of equipment and vehicles before use. - Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment and vehicles, coordinating parts ordering and documenting parts and labor used. - Operate a front-end loader to load trucks and screen material at the screening plant. - Utilize farming equipment as necessary to support operations (e.g., tractors, dozers) and ensure the bogs are prepared for harvesting. - Ensure that drainage systems are clear of obstructions and functioning properly, and that bogs are ready for harvesting. - Assist in organizing the storage of equipme...
