Basic Job Functions: This role will Supervise and coordinate a team of shift supervisors in assigned area to meet the daily warehouse activities to maintain inventory accuracy and smooth operations in accordance with standards and procedures. The scope of the role includes resolving operational issues, coaching, and managing work performance of the team, coordinating material inventory and shipments to ensure no disruption to manufacturing operations or customer shipments, identifying opportunities for improvement, and minimizing warehouse expenses. Education/Experience: - Associate degree in supply chain/Logistics/Transportation or Business-related field and five (5) or more years of related supervisory, warehouse, and/or logistics experience in a manufacturing environment, OR High School Diploma/GED and (8) or more years of related supervisory, warehouse, and/or logistics experience in a manufacturing environment. - Six Sigma and/or lean certification preferred. - Experience managing large warehouse teams across multiple shift operations.
