Classification Title: OPS Time-Limited Non-Clerical Classification Minimum Requirements: - Pass DCF level 2 background screening - Active driver's license - Ability to stay awake and alert during late-night hours - Good communication and conflict resolution skills - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to handle emergency procedures - Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with youth participants - Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Mandatory Training will be the week of May 18th Must be available during at least one of these summer 4-H events: - iLEAD – June 5-7, 2026 - 4-H Legislature – June 21-26, 2026 - 4-H University – July 26-30, 2026 - Supervise and maintain order in sleeping areas during assigned shifts - Ensure the safety and well-being of participants by conducting routine checks - Respond to any disturbances, emergencies, or requests for assistance - Involving 4-H AIC and event coordinators as needed - Including Medic as needed - Communicate effectively with event staff, volunteers, and participants - Report any safety concerns or incidents to the event leader or security team - Adhere to curfews and enforce quiet...
