Events and Project Manager

Job description

The University of South Florida College of Nursing is seeking a detail-oriented Events and Project Manager to join its Marketing and Communications team. This person will manage all creative projects, from intake to completion, ensuring deadlines, quality standards and objectives are met. This person will also lead planning and execution for all internal events within the College of Nursing, collaborating closely with partners within the College, as well as external and internal partners, to deliver engaging experiences that strengthen brand awareness, stakeholder engagement and impact. Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute College of Nursing internal events, including faculty and staff events, pinning ceremonies, workshops, and other internal programs in coordination with appropriate College of Nursing and or University of South Florida partners. Manage all logistical elements of events, including timelines, run-of-show documents, venue coordination, catering, audiovisual needs, accessibility accommodations, and on-site support.
