Job Summary The Picking Team Lead is responsible for monitoring and maintaining Pick/Pack standards and getting orders out in a timely manner. The Picking Team Lead will have oversight of the Picking Associates. Supervision: This position is frequently managed by the Outbound Supervisor. Qualifications: - Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals - Ensure execution of our customers’ fulfillment and distribution requirements, monitor and maintain proper safety and security controls, and support appropriate inventory integrity controls - Will be responsible for providing direction to hourly associates within the department ensuring the perfect order - Must be able to delegate while motivating your team to be productive - Provide a check and balance for accuracy of all orders both picked and packed - Analyze productivity reports to upper management - Assist in the development of productivity and accuracy standards and follow-up to ensure acceptable quality control standards are met - This position acts as a team leader and advises the team, answers complex questions functioning as an expert resource, and maintains assignment completion schedules...
