International Employment Counsel (UK) Specialist in UK Employment Laws: Position Overview: We are seeking to recruit an experienced solicitor with Employment Law expertise to join our Legal team based in our London office, who has knowledge of United Kingdom (UK) employment laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to global investment banks. Experience with and awareness of applicable European Union (EU) employment law is ideal. The successful candidate will support the international offices of Mizuho Greenhill, providing expert legal advice on the Company’s compliance with a wide variety of employment-related laws and regulations, as well as employment litigation support. You will apply these laws in day-to-day situations, and give real-time, practical, and actionable advice to business clients across our international offices. This is a hybrid role and based in our UK office. The successful candidate will report to the Head of the Litigation & Employment team of Legal for Mizuho Americas.
