3 days per week | Hybrid (Macquarie Park & WFH) $95,000- $105,000 FTE ( $57,000- $63,000 pro rata 3 days) + salary packaging KidsXpress is a children’s mental health charity transforming the lives of children impacted by adversity. We deliver trauma-informed Expressive Therapy to children under 12, alongside education services for parents, teachers and professionals who care for them. We are entering a new phase of growth and are seeking an Individual Giving & Growth Manager to lead and strengthen our Individual Revenue portfolio. This is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for growing income from individual donors through acquisition, retention and lifetime value strategies. You will sit alongside our Grants & Partnerships Manager and Marketing Services Manager (Events), forming one of three defined revenue streams within the organisation.
