POSITION SUMMARY: The Reimbursement Analyst supports the Reimbursement Manager and Corporate Director of Reimbursement to ensure compliance with external reporting requirements, established standards and regulations in order to maximize reimbursement and provide recommendations to senior management. This position will also ensure the consistent practice and application of U.S. GAAP revenue recognition standards, with particular attention to areas requiring judgment and the use of estimates. This position supports processes to collect necessary information for regulatory compliance and revenue maximization. The position provides research, technical assistance, and supports organizational stakeholders including senior management, patient financial services, and clinical operations. This position is responsible for revenue capture including analysis, reporting, and presentation. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.
