About böhme An outgoing, professional Sales Lead to work in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership. About the role: - The Retail Sales Lead supports daily store operations by guiding the sales team, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and engaging. This role helps drive store performance through hands-on leadership—coaching team members, assisting customers, managing merchandise, and supporting opening/closing procedures. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and role model who can inspire others while maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment.
