Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 9 years of experience working as a human resources (HR) business partner or generalist supporting leaders at global companies. Preferred qualifications: - Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while effectively prioritizing and delegating tasks. - Ability to transition between planning and direct execution, demonstrating an understanding of both the operational and strategic aspects of HR. - Ability to cultivate trusting 1:1 relationships with executive leaders, to effectively influence decisions. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work at a quick pace and balance many different tasks. - Passion for driving organizational success and fostering a culture of excellence.
